I cannot believe how fast the time has flown by. When I was hired in December of 1987, I never dreamed I'd be here 29 years later. I still remember my first day of teaching @ Ellington on January 5th, 1988; I was so nervous it was unbelievable. While I was at Ellington; I put together this website to get information out as to what I was doing week to week. I also posted forms to download for parents for easier communication / and to accomadate for the "lost" document.
I can't tell you how much I'll miss being @ Ellington and seeing everyone on a daily basis. Ellington is my middle name. I've posted a note on my "Bio" page regarding my decision to take this new job. If you have time, please visit that page by Clicking Here.
I'm in the process of putting together something for my new position @ ISVI. When it's up I'll get the word out. Meanwhile, if you would sign my guestbook I'd really appreciate it. I'd also love to stay in touch! I plan on coming back to Quincy as much as I can to visit/and attend any events I can. My e-mail will remain the same; so you can contact me via email by Clicking Here.

Do you know any Veterans?
It doesn't have to be Veteran's Day to express your gratitude.
As Americans, we enjoy so many liberties that sometimes we take for granted.
With all of the conflicts happening around the world, including here in the U.S.; It's important we remember the ultimate sacrifice that some our service men and women are paying so we can enjoy the freedom that so many people around the world are neglected.
"Striving to be the Best at something is important; but More Important is doing your best and feeling good about yourself!"
Keep striving to do your best!
Yesterday is the past and tomorrow is the future.
Today is a gift, That's why we call it the "present".
Remember your smile, it's to valuable to forget!
"The P.E. Man"
A Very Important Thing to Remember...
Make someone feel special and important; you'll win more than a friend.
Make someone sad and down, ...you'll lose more than a friend.
People will Always Forget what you said.
People will Always Forget what you did.
People will NEVER Forget how you made them feel.
Please share a compliment with someone today and everyday!

Welcome to my Home Page. At Ellington School, each student was important, smart, and special! In physical education classes, it was my goal to build each students' self-esteem through success-orientated activities, while providing and promoting healthy life-style choices. On behalf of the Students @ Ellington, I'd like to extend a Huge Thank You to several Local Businesses for their continued Support! Every year, they assisted me in putting on a Stacking event during Physical Education Week, which also extends over ACES Day each year! These 4 would ensure at least half of the students (150-175) would be getting trophies or medals each year without any cost to the School. Thank you for your support!
Physical Education Week is always - the 1st Week of May each year & ACES Day is always the 1st Wednesday of May and stands for All Children Exercising Simultaneously
